The role: Lead the Food Applications team within R&D, ensuring exceptional customer support and driving innovation in product development. Requirements - Degree in Food Technology or related field. - 5+ years of R&D experience with management responsibilities. - SAP experience preferred. Responsibilities - Team Management : Develop and motivate the application team, oversee budgets, and optimize processes. - Digital Transformation : Drive digitization efforts and leverage technology to enhance value contribution. - Recipe Development: Lead new recipe development, maintain data in SAP, and optimize cost and quality. - Customer Support: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs and ensure product excellence. - Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards and guidelines.
