Key Responsibilities:Handling all aspects of conveyancing processes including bonds and cancellations.Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property law.Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.Liaising with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of property transactions.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in conveyancing, specifically with RMB Bonds and Cancellations.Proficiency in property law and legal procedures related to conveyancing.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications:Relevant paralegal certification or diploma in legal studies preferred.Skills:Expertise in property law and conveyancing procedures.Proficiency with legal research and document drafting.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Analytical skills to interpret legal documents and regulations.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
