Description Debtors Clerk – (Firgrove, Eerster River, Strandfontein surrounding areas) Responsibilities Open and manage accounts post-approval. Ensure timely payments and keep debtors days on target. Send monthly statements and handle overdue accounts. Monitor accounts, manage credit limits, and block overdue accounts. Identify and report high-risk accounts. Reconcile intergroup customer accounts and daily payment analysis. Capture and allocate payments, manage cashbook, and petty cash. Organize and file documentation.
