To support our continued growth, we are looking to appoint additional Graduate Engineers to join our Simulation Services Team, helping our clients design better products through use of Ansys and other leading engineering software. About the Role Wilde Analysis is a multi-disciplined Ansys software channel partner, training provider and consultancy with offices in Cambridge, Manchester and Edinburgh, helping engineering companies digitally transform how they design products – from electric vehicles and wind turbines to medical devices and pharmaceutical clean rooms. We also deliver a wide range of simulation theory and software-based training courses to educate the next generation of engineers and reinforce best practice in industry. What We Are Looking For To support our continued growth at over 20% annually, we are looking to appoint additional Graduate Engineers to join our Simulation Services Team. Joining an existing dynamic team of over 80 staff in the UK, you will be undertaking consulting projects, supporting implementations within clients and applying market leading software such as Ansys , Moldex3D , DEFORM and Flownex to solve real-world engineering challenges. You will be involved in a wide range of physics, including structural analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and computational electromagnetics (CEM), in addition to potentially getting involved in reliability engineering, functional safety analysis and other systems engineering disciplines. Your time will be split between undertaking consulting work, training clients and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support. As an ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited consultancy, you will be expected to deliver high quality projects with regard to sustainability and environmental management. Educated to Masters/MEng Level in a relevant engineering discipline. Experience applying engineering simulation, reliability engineering or functional safety in industry or during studies for a higher degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and convincingly to large and small, technical and non-technical, audiences at a senior level. Self-motivation and the drive to achieve objectives. Good team-player. Previous experience using engineering software such as Ansys Background in finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), computational electromagnetics (CEM) and/or optical simulation. The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
