THE ROLEnCino is looking for a full-time Product Manager responsible for managing several feature sets within our COAO platform. Our ideal candidate will lead the creation of products within our SaaS banking platform and working with a team of engineers, designers alongside the customer success and implementation teams to implement these features and outcomes for our customer base. As a product manager within our organization, you’ll be closely working with our customers and our engineering team to enable best-in-class experiences that seamlessly integrate these outcomes into the nCino experience for our bankers.This is an exciting role accountable for the following:Building out roadmaps for particular feature sets within the COAO platform.Ensure a release of outcomes for customers using the COAO platform by collaborating cross functionally with engineering, customer success, and implementation groups.Enable and educate our sales and customer success teams with product marketing.THE REQUIREMENTSMust Haves2-3+ years of relevant experience in product management for enterprise SaaS (preferably in banking)Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise grade products, connecting SaaS products to multiple internal and external business systemsBeing comfortable with uncertainty and curious to figure out solutions and paths forward without complete information and dataWorking with off-site engineering teams that may be time-shifted from your locationEffective communication skills, including with executives at customer organizations, and the ability to simplify complex technical problems for non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to work independently in a low data environment Ability to travel both domestically within the US and to South Africa, as appropriateNice to Haves:Technical capabilities / training - a degree in CS or Engineering would be great but not required!Have an understanding of banking processes and banking coresWorked in tech for financial institutionsDirect coding experience for basic API communications e.g. Postman, Mulesoft, Apache Camel, etc.Please Note: If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
