The Internal Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies related to intranet development, website management, recruitment marketing and streamlining team communication for engagement and onboarding. This multifaceted role requires a creative and strategic individual with an extensive experience in corporate/company communications and recruitment marketing. The ideal candidate will need to come up with concepts and create engaging and innovative marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure company messages and internal communications are consistent. Diploma or Degree qualification in Communications/Digital Marketing/Marketing or in a related +3 years Marketing experience. Administrative Management or project management experience. +3 years in a copywriter/communications role. A Bonus To Have: Digital Marketing experience. Experience working with a design team. What You’ll Do For The Brand: Intranet Development: Assist in driving the development and management of our organisation’s intranet and content required, ensuring it serves as an effective hub for internal communication and engagement with the Team. Intranet Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals. Implement improvements to the intranet structure, navigation, and user experience for optimal engagement. Content and Website Development: Collaborate with various departments to create and curate compelling content for the intranet and recruitment-focussed website, including announcements, updates, and multimedia materials. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all intranet communications while maintaining a strong employer brand identity that attracts top talent. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding materials and narratives. Team Communication and Engagement: Create and execute internal communication plans to foster team engagement and alignment with company values and culture. Implement initiatives that enhance team collaboration, morale, and communication. Recruitment Marketing: Craft and implement recruitment marketing strategies across social media platforms to attract high-calibre candidates. Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding through consistent communication.
