Our client based in Alrode is looking for a Operators Admin Clerk. The candidate will be responsible for the administrative tasks and reporting of Alrode depot operational division at Alrode depot.MAIN FUNCTIONS1. Datatim - Book, link and confirmation of all loads on Datatim.2. Inquiries and sorting by datatim from head office.3. Updating customer daily delivery register of ETA times and also positions. (CB,Sappi, Unilever, Ceramic)4. Receive loads from Ceramic for the day and put on daily.5. Book loads on the computer scheduling system.6. Liaising with clients in order to keep them informed about their load.7. Handling customer inquiries, including logistical issues with operating andmarketing assistance.8. Continuous liaison with operations and depots regarding customer loads.9. Monitor customer satisfaction.10. Collection of customer information.11. Arrange off-load times with customers who have specific off-loadtimes.12. Administrative tasks relating to - GKN Chep.13. Administrative tasks related to - Tracking.14. Execution of tasks by Management.15. Switchboard – when needed.
