Grade 12 Good working knowledge of Excel Deadline driven Check whether HU's have been captured Check on Shipping of handling units Conduct investigation into store claims Investigate missing handling units / wrong deliveries to DC's / branches Check that shipped stock gets invoiced Assisting branches on how to capture HU and report claims Ad-hoc duties (emails, phone calls, problem solving, handling queries) Issuing suppliers with order numbers Following up / reconciling / matching quotations and invoices Ensuring that quotations are properly authorized Compiling outstanding invoices to accrue for month end Compiling monthly Breakdown Reports Ensuring that all invoices are signed off by Management Updating weekly service files Assisting with any other clerical / admin task when required to do so Please note: By applying for this position and providing Fokus Personnel with your CV and other personal information, you are consenting to the information being used for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is recruitment purposes and possible appointment purposes (should you be successful).
