You will need to be confident buildingrelationships with potential candidates by phone, using social media and job boards to find candidates, andconsistently using our candidate CRM system to maintain records. In this full-time contract role, you will have the option totake UK school holiday periods off. Your hours will be 8:30am to 4:30pmremotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in SouthAfrica. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confidentusing social media and job boards to find candidates. You will also need to beable to communicate effectively with candidates from all over the world,including the UK, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, USA, Canada, andEurope, among many other places. We are looking for someone who is passionate about educationand recruitment, with a bubbly and enthusiastic personality. You will need tobe a self-starter who is able to work independently and remotely. If you have previous experience in recruitment, sales, customercontact centres or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonalskills, and strong organizational and time management skills, then we want tohear from you. Knowledge of primary school education and the UK educationsystem is a plus but not required.
