Role: LIMS Support Analyst – Application support for business applications in a scientific company, serving 600 global users. Key Responsibilities: Provide Application system support for bespoke LIMS applications Maintain knowledge base articles Investigate and document defects Support incident and problem management Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues Configure lab instrument integrations with LIMS Create scheduled tasks for report distribution Run user audit reports Requirements: Degree (high grade) in Chemistry, Science or Information Technology A keen scientific AND technology interest Analytical problem-solving skills Strong communication abilities This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career with a company that will offer exceptional training and career progression.
