The Technical Support Advisor will handle support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Requirements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Proficient in using help desk software and remote support tools. Intermediate computer knowledge and familiarity with web applications. Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies. Familiarity with a broad range of alternative software, including Postmark, Google Suite, Canny, Base64, Intercom, Stripe, and Linear. Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
