Product Specialist Dynamic and experienced Product Specialist required to comprehensively understand and promote a range of automotive products, driving sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth product research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and competitors. Support national product sales with advanced product offerings such as Error Proofing, Software Automation, and Total Workstation products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product strategies. Create and deliver engaging product presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Service Division to ensure project delivery. Provide training and support to sales teams to promote and sell products effectively. Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, gathering feedback and communicating product improvement opportunities. Support key projects under the supervision of the Project Manager. Work in an Agile way to best support the team and the business. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation. Requirements: Matric and relevant qualifications. Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in a Manufacturing/Automotive environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in SAP. PLC's (PLC Coding) knowledge. AutoCad Software experience is a plus. Valid driver's license is a must. Knowledge of LAN/Wireless network topology, database structures, and production line networks is advantageous. Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
