In this role you will be responsible to carry out product analysis as per the QMS and LI', by analyzing each tote bin and releasing or blocking the product. A day in the life of a In line Sensory Analyst: Performs in-line quality checks as defined by the NQS / QMS&initiates corrective action. Capture the 03 results in the system. Set out hourly sensory session for semi-finished product and create sessions though SEMS. Performs necessary GLOBE – SAP transactions. Ensure coffee and milk test supplies are available. Checks and maintains the cleanliness and good housekeeping of his work area and the control room. Performs equipment preparation, set-up&adjustment of equipment. Carry out all cleaning, inspection&minor adjustment of all equipment. During dry cleaning/ Stoppage ensures Quadro mill sieve is inspected and cleaned. During tower blockages inline analyst must assist the Niro operator in unblocking the chamber. In the absence of the Niro Operator the in-line analyst must Operate lines and monitor / records. operational parameters&initiates corrective action, and all Niro Operator activities. What will make you successful? Matric certificate 3 years' experience in food manufacturing environment. Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques.
