Job Description: The position of HR Administrator is vacant. The HR Administrator will report directly to the Senior Manager: HR Operations and forms part of the Corporate Services Division. The position is based in Head Office. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Governance, administration and reporting on HR matters. HR Administration and Support to the HR Team. Assist with the recruitment and selection process. Oversee ESS workflows and queries from business. Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent letter writing and organisational skills. Must have good interpersonal skills. Higher Certificate in HR and/or a Diploma in HR would be highly beneficial. Clear understanding of confidentiality and high level of integrity. Must be a self-starter. Excellent written English and the ability to communicate at all levels. At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
