Vacancy available for Junior Financial Accountant to be based in Paarl, Western Cape

Requirements

Matric / NQF level 4 with subjects in Accounting (C or higher)

BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting or similar

SAIPA Articles completed

Proficient in both English and Afrikaans

Advanced Excel

Proficient in MS********Familiar with Athena and Sage 3 systems

Own reliable transport

based in the Paarl or surrounding area


Duties

Preparing and entering Journals

Monthly and bi-monthly VAT returns and submissions

VAT reconciliation

Financial Statements

Prepare monthly schedules of figures for management accounts

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Salaries will be discussed during the interview and based on experience and qualifications.
Salary bracket between R15 000 - R20 000 CTC
