The Services of a registered, professional Accountant are required to provide the following services to our clients: Calculation, completion, and submission of VAT returns to SARS on a bi-monthly basis, handling all enquiries from SARS on the VAT return. Compilation of the annual financial statements according to IFRS for SME and doing the other accounting responsibilities of the company Completion and submission of the annual income tax returns. Completion and submission of the provisional tax returns, twice a year. Submission of the annual tax return. Handling all the related work for the payroll monthly, such as the leave etc. as well as completion and submission of the monthly PAYE, SDL and UIF returns to SARS, bi-annually. Completion and submission of the annual workman’s compensation return. Registration of New companies, managing changes on Companies, e.g change in directors, shareholders, etc. Any other accounting administration duties not mentioned above, as required by client.
