Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct comprehensive IT cost analysis to identify cost drivers, trends, and opportunities for optimization.2. Develop and maintain IT cost models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes.3. Collaborate with IT teams to understand project requirements and provide cost estimates for IT initiatives.4. Monitor actual IT expenditures against budgeted amounts and provide regular variance analysis reports.5. Assist in the development of IT budgets, including capital and operational expenditures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.6. Implement cost control measures and recommend cost-saving initiatives to optimize IT spending.7. Work closely with procurement and vendor management teams to negotiate favorable contracts and pricing terms with IT suppliers.8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making related to IT investments.9. Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of proposed IT projects and initiatives.10. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IT cost management.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, with a focus on IT cost management.- Strong understanding of IT cost drivers, including hardware, software, licensing, and infrastructure costs.- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
