Responsibilities Oversee shift operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve production targets Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement Lead and motivate shift employees, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements Prepare and analyze reports, providing recommendations for process enhancements Requirements Previous experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and achieving targets Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions Proficiency in relevant software applications Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required Degree or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred Valid driver's license Benefits Salary, negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
