MINIMUM ENTRY-LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Other engineering, sales, technical assistance, business administration, or a similar field. OTHER Requirements: Three or more years experience in aftersales or customer services and/or sales experience in an OEM engineering and fabrication environment. Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an added advantage. ESSENTIAL ENTRY-LEVEL KNOWLEDGE: (A) Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of engineering principles, industry trends, and technology to be able to identify potential business opportunities and to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. (B) Sales and Marketing: Ability to develop and execute marketing plans, generate leads, and close deals. Developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting technical information in a clear and persuasive manner, creating sales pitches and conducting negotiations. (C) Market Research: Skilled in market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and potential clients. (D) Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources. (E) Strong verbal and written Communication skills: Able to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, give presentations, create reports, and lead meetings. (F) Relationship building skills: Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in order to identify and pursue new business opportunities. (G) Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry in which the company operates, including regulatory and compliance issues, market trends, and emerging technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
