As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating the development of solutions that meet organizational objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Business Analyst or related role, with a strong understanding of business analysis principles and techniques.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse information from multiple sources.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and stakeholder management.Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience working in cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.Drivers license and own vehicle AdvantageousCertification(s) in business analysis (e.g., FTI, CBAP, CCBA,) or project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.Warehousing, storage and/or logistics experienceThis exciting role is available immediately and if this sounds like you, we would welcome your CV.
