BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Audit and Compliance : Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Taxation: Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations. Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. Process Improvement: dentify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. 2-3 years of experience in a finance department. Previous experience in a B2B environment is beneficial.
