Hire Resolve's Leading Client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all underground engineering activities and projects. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the underground mine. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the underground engineering team Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to optimize underground mining operations Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of underground infrastructure Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute underground mining projects Manage the underground maintenance program Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering GCC Mines and Works Minimum of 10 years of experience in underground mining Prior experience in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of underground mining operations and engineering principles Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations Benefits Salary: R3m - R3.2m Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
