SAIPA Trainee Accountants 2024 - (B.Comm or Honours)

Location: Durbanville, Cape Town

Salary: R12,000 - R15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Perform accounting work
Produce client reports
Handle full bookkeeping and accounting functions up to trial balance
Manage VAT and PAYE reviews
Invoicing and debtors’ collection
Calculate IRP5, reconciliations, and submissions
Liaise with clients
Maintain SARS accounts
Handle PAYE/UIF/SDL calculations and EMP201 submissions
Assist with tax clearance applications, UIF registration, and administration
Manage VAT calculations and VAT201 submissions
Register and deregister for Income Tax, PAYE, VAT, and Import and Export licenses
Arrange letters of good standing for WCA registrations
Qualifications and Experience:

BAccounting, BCom Accounting, BCom Management Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting, or equivalent
Computer literacy
Ability to work in a team
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Driver’s license and own transport
