Minimum Requirements: Tertiary Qualification in HRD or HRM SDF Certification 3-5 Years experience in planning and coordinating training interventions at national level. 3-5 years experience on BEE123 System 3-5 years experience in HR and BBBEE audits 3-5 years experience in grant applications Proven track record as a competent Learning and Development Specialist Strong Project management skills The ability to manage multiple projects Knowledge and understanding of labour and skills related legislations Strong understanding of SETA and QCTO process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (able to communicate with all levels from blue collar to white collar) Problem-solving aptitude Responsibilities: A seasoned Learning and Development will be responsible for comprehensive planning, coordination and administration of learning and development interventions.
