Tasks In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include: Establishing relationships with premium customers and facilitating the recognition of top customers (LHG in discussion) Acting as customer care ambassador if assigned by Station Manager Making sure that the product philosophy and core values of the different LHG carriers are known and lived by all internal and external members of staff and that personalized service concepts are intensified Being present frontline, wearing a LHG uniform, and monitoring performance of all suppliers involved Contributing proactively to the development and modification of procedures, respecting defined carrier's rules and regulations Fostering quality awareness and high service attitude in daily work Maintaining all local instructions and system databases *All other duties as assigned or required Requirements The idealDuty Managermust fulfill the following requirements: High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree desirable Minimum 2-3 years of work experience - thereof a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated work experience in ground operations is required Leadership experience required English language required German language desirable Knowledge of individual LHG operator’s specifics required Knowledge of other airlines or Service Partner required PC and aviation specific supported software- / tools including all MS Office programs as user Willingness to travel Must possess a valid driver’s license Outdoor weather conditions Must be willing to work shifts * CV/Resume and Cover Letter required * Must possess a legal work permit inSouth Africa About Deutsche Lufthansa AG The Lufthansa Group is an aviation group with operations worldwide.
