Job Summary: As a Compliance Officer at Clinical 24, you will play a critical role in ensuring our recruitment processes adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices. You will collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure a seamless and compliant recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience in a fast-paced industry, and either direct compliance experience in the recruitment field or administrative experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure all necessary candidate credentials and certifications are up-to-date and accurate. Conduct thorough reviews of candidate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to gather required documents and resolve compliance-related inquiries. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance-related documentation and records. Participate in internal audits to identify and address potential compliance issues. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and assist in the preparation of audits and inspections. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations, making recommendations for process improvements as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably in healthcare, recruitment, or related fields. Familiarity with compliance processes and regulations in the recruitment industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
