With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand image, the manager will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:o Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.o Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training to support team development and performance improvement.o Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.o Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining profitability.o Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution and preserving customer satisfaction and loyalty.o Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.o Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise displays are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and effectively showcase the products.o Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and health and safety guidelines.o Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends.Qualifications:At least 2 years of Retail Store Management Experience.Grade 12Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end or luxury fashion environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
