The succesful candidate will be responsible for managing the Opencast and Surface Operational areas, ensuring delivery against the Operational Strategy and Business Plan in the areas of Safety and Production through the selection, development and optimal utilisation of people and equipment; the management and monitoring of the relevant processes; driving business improvement projects for the Complex; the identification and management of risks in areas of responsibility; and the creation of the culture and work environment that is in line with the Glencore Values and Code of Conduct.
