Provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Achieve and exceed performance targets and metrics. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Previous call centre or customer service experience (6 months) is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
