Management of selected subcontractor packages. Progress valuations. Project meeting attendance. Tendering and procurement. Project and cost reporting. Costing of additional work. Preparing subcontractor appointment letters and claims. Preparing and submitting variation orders. Measuring work done on site. Preparing adjudication spreadsheets for potential subcontractors. Reconciling and preparing final accounts for subcontractors. Preparing contract related documents. Sending out request for quotations (RFQs).
