Discipline and Standards:Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring staff compliance and discipline.Conduct regular training sessions to uphold and improve store standards. Shop Floor Management:Oversee shop floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and effective staff performance.Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and manage product displays.
