Duties and Responsibilities: Be able to self-install a window campaign. Look for optimizing in-store opportunities to increase turn over. Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimize sales. Create an inspiring environment. Have fun. Be well *** and connected to the Visual Merchandising industry. Liaise with all business departments to enable the execution of the brand strategies both through the window and in-store displays. Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques. Adhere to stock loss controls in store. Ability to maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover. Establish a professional relationship with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice to all customers. Report customer compliments and complaints to management. Ensure all displays are organized, well-maintained, and comply with company standards and guidelines. Utilize space efficiently to maximize product visibility and accessibility. Regularly refresh displays and signage to keep the store environment dynamic and engaging Core Competencies: Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer behaviour. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in visual merchandising or a related field is a plus.
