In addition to assisting partners with business opportunities, lead generation, marketing initiatives, and understanding of the relevant programs and routes to market to maximize partners’ reach, with the core focus on Authorized and Gold Partners. KPA&PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Business Development Meet and exceed revenue targets. Ongoing expansion of Active Partner base – Authorized and Gold. Sales across all regions. Partner recruitment and development based on Dell KPI’s. Biweekly review and insight on activity and performance metrics with Brand Manager and Dell DAM. Quarterly review with Dell Technologies. Develop a healthy pipeline across Dell Technologies ISG portfolio. Engage and work with partners and respective end user customers. Marketing Managment Implement key sales&marketing strategies. Engage with the Brand Manager in Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with relevant brand initiatives. Execute quarterly Promo and Programs planning session. Debt Collection Actively monitor collection across your partner base. Active engagement until payment is received in full. Partner Query Resolution Dealing with all your partner queries till resolution in full as a key function of your role. Taking ownership and accountability for all partner queries, whether sales, technical, or finance related. Manage the Sales of the Brand performance for relevant product set and relevant partner base (focus list) Driving Relevant brand Strategy and portfolio within existing and as per the Focus list Display key competencies of knowledge re relevant brand programs and relevant portfolio of products. Drive targeted partner development planning and review as per the focus list Drive Relevant brand Product Strategy and overview sessions with Business Partner Existing and New (brand-specific) partner recruitment and Development On-boarding process re Operational processes within focus list. Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members. Ensure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with Strategic business partners Execs and Brand Managers Demonstrate sales growth. Report opportunity details to Relevant brands on a regular basis (weekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using Customer Relationship Management system. Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed explanations. Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to Brand Manager. Ensure productivity reports are submitted to Brand Manager. Administration Load CRM Request and evaluation quotes for submission. Follow up on quotes. Follow up on operations responses. Manage SLA with brand operations to do their own quotes and basic configs when required. Pipeline management with Vendor (SFDC). REQUIREMENTS Internal training associated with competencies: During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a meticulously crafted learning map designed to guide you through your on-the-job training experience. Matric IT Diploma/Degree would be advantageous. Knowledge of CRM System or Sage 300 would be beneficial. A minimum of 5 years of Business Development Management experience in the IT Industry Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels. Creative, solution-driven attitude Be willing to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent, and technologies evolve. Experience in business/commercial management (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, product pricing). Additional Skills Sense of urgency Strong Self Motivational and Empowerment skills.
