A certificate, diploma or degree in Wildlife Management, Conservation, Ecology, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a similar role within a game reserve or national park is advantageous.Strong knowledge of African wildlife, ecology, and conservation practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using GPS, binoculars, field guides, and other relevant equipment.A valid drivers license and the ability to operate 4x4 vehicles.Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Attributes:Passionate about wildlife conservation and sustainability.Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.Committed to providing a high level of service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
