Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the institution, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes. Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and resource allocation. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the institution's financial stability. Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the institution's compliance and financial competitiveness. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
