In this exciting data space our researchers, analysts and software developers work tirelessly to deliver the best possible customer experience and data output.The role of a Quality Controller is critical in ensuring that reports meet company standards as well as client requirements before they are delivered. In order to achieve this, you will work closely with the research team to identify training needs and improvements to processes.You will be part of a dynamic operations team, having access to world-class software development capabilities and a dynamic leadership team at Inoxico to support you in achieving these goals.RESPONSIBILITIESQuality Control and Assessment (80%)Review subject company website to become familiar with the company overviewEnsure the playbook requirements has been appliedReview report attachments and ensure that relevant documents are added to deliveryIdentify additional client requirements from the report special instruction section or client communication modulePreview report to check for grammar, spelling errors and make the necessary amendmentsEnsure that information captured in the report is validated against the subject’s websiteInclude necessary dashboard commentary as per the QC manualAnalyse report data and evaluate risk to provide an informed recommendationSubmission of reports within required SLA’sPrioritization and Workflow Management (10%)Prioritise workflow according to SLA’sProactively follow up on reports declined to research to ensure SLA’s are metMonitor QC channel to expedite client requestsEnsure that reports are delayed as per client requirementsEnsure that Project work is being attended to on a regular basis to avoid backlogsContinuously monitor client communications module to ensure timeous responseEnsure that productivity target is achievedEnsure effective and efficient responses to queries from both internal and external stakeholdersContinuous Improvement (10%)Build and maintain knowledge of different industriesBuild and maintain knowledge of Inoxico’s report offerings to ensure execution against all report typesIdentify trends in report quality to aid in researcher’s developmentGROWTH VISION:This role provides you with an opportunity to become involved in more specialized forms of risk analysis or team leader role.MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCECoal Face/ Team Leader/ Middle Mgmt/ Senior Mgmt/ C-SuiteREQUIRED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:(*critical)Matric*Credit management experienceCommercial (business to business) work experienceBusiness Economics / Accounting / Finance qualification advantageousAttention to detail*Critical thinking*#J-18808-Ljbffr
