Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for service excellence? A leading financial services company is on the lookout for a talented Servicing Specialist to join their team! Responsibilities: Processing of Service requests and follow ups. Management of servicing process from submission to finalisation. Quality Checking. Handling of escalated queries. Experience and Qualification: Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with either an independent FSP. Qualifications: Industry related qualifications an advantage. Software: Microsoft Office 365. Skills: Exceptional people skills, collaborator. Effective, clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Deadline orientated meeting of SLAs. Dynamic personality and "can-do" attitude. Operationally effective and organised with a strong proficiency with the client and product provider processes and systems. Ability to work quickly and accurate execution of tasks. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Competencies: Handling of adviser queries. Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date. Building and maintaining adviser relationships from a service perspective. Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the above tasks to both advisers and the clients staff. Monitor and provide ongoing feedback on how your area of responsibility can be refined and improved. Role requirements may change subject to the business evolution and requirements.
