It is necessary to provide exceptional client service while upholding and adhering to the proper norms and principles of corporate governance.An Accountant with extensive experience in general ledger and creditor reconciliations, IFRS standards, accounting and taxation principles, and system controls and processes is needed for this role.Duties and Responsibilities:Financial Review and Engagement: Conduct regular reviews of financial accounts, engage with Country Finance teams, and address queries from both regional and country levels.Ledger Oversight and Compliance: Directly oversee or support management of country ledgers and reporting, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Collaborative Financial Management: Work closely with the regional finance team to establish effective controls, standards, and systems across operational countries.Process Improvement and Project Execution: Understand financial functions, assist in tool implementation, develop internal controls, and lead operational projects to maintain quality and meet deadlines.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Experience coordinating and managing controlling, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and business operations.Technology savvy with SAP experience desirable.Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, train and retain a diverse team; the foresight and ability to delegate accordingly.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data.Apply Now!
