About the Role: As a Senior Recruitment Specialist and Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales department. You will dive deep into understanding what separates high-performing salespeople from the rest, collaborating closely with our Sales Management team. Your insights will drive our recruitment strategy, ensuring we bring in top-notch talent. Key Responsibilities : Partner with Sales Management to identify and understand the characteristics and competencies of high-performing sales professionals. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent. Conduct thorough analyses of recruitment processes and outcomes to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts. Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for sales roles, ensuring a strong cultural and performance fit. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development. Requirements: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. At least 4 years of post-registration experience. Registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Proven passion for talent acquisition and development.
