The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service calls, maintaining stock control, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Skills: Grade 12 Experience with inventory management and billing systems is advantageous. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Log service calls and generate Customer Repair Orders for PBX systems and copiers.
