Key Responsibilities: Experienced recruiter with proven billings history - over a period of 1 year. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Work well in structured environments. Generate new business and maintain healthy pipelines. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Proven ability and willingness to build a new desk, make calls, and build lasting relationships. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Requirements: Live in and around Pretoria. Have own reliable car. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred). Strong understanding of the finance and accounting industry, with the ability to engage and advise clients and candidates effectively. Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
