An exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS Alice Springs, as our residential Social Worker supporting residents across our three facilities.The primary purpose of this role will see you assessing and understanding both the clinical and cultural history of our residents as you develop and provide tailored care plans involving interventions and services that will support the social, emotional and wellbeing of our residents.As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience working as a qualified Social Worker, ideally (however, not essential) within the Aged Care industry and working with First Nations. You will be a self-starter who can work well independently.
