Regional Manager – First Nations ProgramsAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Regional Manager to join the ARRCS team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will see you leading the First Nations teams as we work collaboratively on the delivery of our core programs relating to the training and employment of ATSI people and for the successful completion of our ARRCS Reconciliation Plan and our commitments.As the Regional Manager – First Nations Program, you will hold an integral part of the ARRCS Executive Team and work in close contact with our General Manager, Residential Managers, People and Culture and other executive leaders. You will promote and support effective implementation and delivery of ARRCS RAP whilst leading a positive and engaged team. You will be an advocate for First Nations employment and work to source new programs and initiatives for ARRCS.This busy and rewarding role will suit a person who enjoys the advocacy and promotion of First Nations employment and training. You will be passionate about supporting our RAP and enjoy managing a diverse team.
