Our client supplies industrial equipment to their clients and manages the installation, maintenance, and repairs on these equipment as well as the automation, technology control and combustion. They require the skills of a Bookkeeper. Start date: ASAP Matric / Grade 12. SAGE X3 experience will be an advantage. MS Excel skills at an advanced level. Basic skills on all MS Office packages. Accurate capturing of invoices and supplier information. Account reconciliations. Monthly journals. Intercompany loan reconciliations. Rework accounts to ensure cost splitting for multiple companies. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries. Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
