Duties&Responsibilities Duties to be performed for 4 entities Processing of banks via Bank Manager on Pastel Version 19 Processing Purchase orders Work closely with Buyers - checking priing/order quantities/making sure no double ordering Pull Purchase Order Reports following up wioth Buyers re stock and why company not received goods Supplier Invoices - Processing all Supplier Invoices ensuring goods have been received, charged correctly Claims - following up, getting credits, over charges from suppliers Processing and following up on all Debit order Payments&Invoices Processing Credit Cards/Debit cards for both Branches - collecting and processing all slips/invoices/ expenses Supplier Credit applications for both branches 30 Day reconciling all accounts Monthly Supplier Reports with Month-end Payment Summaries Send out Remittances on payments to Suppliers ensuring it is understood what has been paid,&sorting out queries Important to have good relationship with Suppliers COD Payments Petty Cash Freight - Processing and downloading Waybills - ensuring invoices have signed waybills and match up charges Monthly Fuel Reports for Cape Town - checking in budget regarding Fuel expenses Monthly Tracker Reports - checking both Branches Vehicles not used over weekends - when does follow up with Manager why and who is using Vehicles An ad hoc tasks Desired Experience&Qualification Grade 12 with Maths / Accountancy preferred Some qualification after Grade 12 advantageous but not essential Minimum of 8 to 10 year's proven Senior Creditors Control experience is a necessity Essential to have previous Pastel Version 19 knowledge and experience MS Office including Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook and Email also essential Bank Manager on Pastel knowledge also required Previous experience of building relationship with Suppliers experience a necessity Ability to multi-task and high attentiojn to detail Deadline driven and Creditors Controller who is a team player is definitely essential Package&Remuneration R22 000 - R25 000 depending on experience These jobs were popular with other job seekers Epsidon Management and Marketing Consultancy #J-18808-Ljbffr
