We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join ourteam as a Compliance Officer. You will play a crucial role inensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements, internalpolicies, and best practices.DUTIES:Handling physical and digital filing, systems, and all databases for the backoffice.Managing the team in respect of onboarding of clients for various investmentsfrom inception. Identifying compliance requirements, liaising with clients forcompliance requests, the population of investment agreements, and sendingout to clients for signature.Collating portfolio statements from various investment houses and ensuringall statements are accurate and received in order.Assisting with preparing portfolio reviews for clients.Interacting with all stakeholders of the company. This includes clients,suppliers, and partners with any queries or other related matters.Working on Excel workbooks regarding portfolio reviews, budgeting, andforecastsAny other reasonable request of Directors or Management.REQUIREMENTS3 5 years experience in an Administrative Role. Any experience in theInvestment Industry will be an advantage.MatricBachelor of Commerce or Degree/ Diploma in Finance or BusinessManagement /AccountingKnowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience in KYC compliance would be beneficialCandidate needs to be strong with Excel and numbersExperience or understanding of CRM Systems i.e. Air table, Trello, etcExperience in preparing portfolio reviews for client investmentsExcellent attention to detailExcellent administration and organizational skillsGood record-keeping abilityHave some IT-related knowledge i.e: Zoom, Teams, WebinarsAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesCulture and Business fit is key.The person must have integrity, honorability, and the enthusiasm to learn.Must be presentable and have a good personality.
