CDP Case Manager and CDP Activity Supervisor CDP Case Manager and CDP Activity Supervisor APY Lands, SA (Would suit couples) CDP ACTIVITY SUPERVISOR The CDP Activity Supervisor will primarily be responsible for the development and delivery of meaningful Community Development Program (CDP) activities and projects for participants. The activities will assist CDP participants to gain skills for future employment and contribute to their local community. If you have good practical/handyman skills and enjoy working with and training a team this job will suit you! CDP CASE MANAGER The CDP Case Manager will work with our CDP participants to provide high quality, individually tailored pre-employment case management and support. The Case Manager will also work with employers to refer CDP participants to job vacancies and support the overall operations of CDP in the community. This may include supporting CDP activities and projects. If you enjoy a mix of office work and working with people and communities, then this job will suit you!
