Established industrial machine manufacturer based in Benoni requires a highly organised and experienced Storeman (with relevant manufacturing experience) to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting basic quality checks of received goods, managing stock, issuing stock to the factory, packing customer orders, capturing job information, performing stock counts, issuing moulds to suppliers, checking and ordering basic consumables for the factory when required, and holding a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and ERP systems, ideally gained in manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Perform basic quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standardsManage and organise stock within the store, ensuring accurate inventory levelsIssue stock to the factory as needed for productionPack and prepare customer orders for shipmentCapture job information accurately in the ERP system (Sage Evolution)Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepanciesIssue moulds to suppliers as requiredCheck and order basic consumables for the factory when requiredCommunicate effectively via email and maintain accurate records using basic spreadsheetsHold a valid driver's license and be able to perform driving duties as requiredRequirements:Matric certificate (or equivalent)Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, in manufacturingQuality inspection experience beneficialProficiency in using ERP systems for stock and jobbing (experience with Sage Evolution is preferred)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenseContact Scott on 0117041302#J-18808-Ljbffr
