This provides a unique vantage point from which to truly understand GSK, as well as to experience a variety of the different business units and environments.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organizationAchieving targets in the area of Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization.Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business.Collaborate with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures.Drive Monthly Financial data quality management including controls and improvements.Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reportingDemonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & managementDesign and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reportingPeople Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organizationManage a team of 15 to 20 analysts/contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of dataWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or teamDemonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision makingDirect experience with financial software and systems ePreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting.Strong Analytics training or experienceStrong problem-solving skillsExperience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sourcesDemonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principlesClosing Date: 14/06/2024Why GSK?
