Responsibilities will include:Stock Control:- Set-up inventory count plan and oversee and manage cyclical and physical inventory counts ensuring accuracy and completeness per planned schedule;- Conduct inventory counts at high risk areas and oversee results of all counts- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory levelsInternal Audit:- Ensure strong internal control environment & adherence to company processes and controls; Execute internal audit plans based on identified risks and control weaknesses- Conduct financial and operational audits- Liaise with cross functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress Qualifications & Skills:- Degree in Finance or similar discipline- 2 Years experience in internal audit or stock control within the retail industry (ideal!)- Fantastic analytical and problem solving skills
